With so much talk about
the violet flame and the 7th Ray, I thought I would post a little information here about it, how to use it, how to bring it
into your life and how it can help in your spiritual journey. I am sure you all already know all of this, but a little refresher
course can't hurt.
As you all know, Rays carry color, scent and sound. The 7th Ray is a ray of lavendar,
purple or amethyst.
Usually AA Zadkiel and his feminine counterpart, Lady (or Angel) Amethyst are associated
with the 7th Ray or Violet Flame, which is not unusual since AA Zadkiel is known for his transmutative qualities and his forgiveness
and mercy. He is always at AA Michael's right side when they go into battle of the good vs. the evil. He is also the angel
credited with staying Abraham's hand so he wouldn't kill his own son.
The scent of the 7th Ray is lilac
or lavendar. Before an Ascended Master makes his appearance, it is not unusual to smell either lilacs or lavendar to know
that AA Zadkiel or Lady Amethyst are just checking up on you.
The Violet Flame or 7th Ray is known for
its tranmutation qualities such as turning negative energy into positive energy and is most usually associated with the Crown
Chakra.
Sound with light can make the Violet Ray into a Violet Spiral so it is a good idea to use a mantra
when visualizing the Violet Ray or asking for it to come into your life.
***What is the Violet Flame
(also called the violet fire)?*** It is a unique spiritual energy that can help us in all areas of our lives. It can heal
emotional and phsyical problems, improve our relationships, help us grow spiritually or just make our lives easier. The flame
is the essence of a unique spiritual light. It has the qualities of mercy, forgiveness, freedom and transmutation.
The color violet has long been associated with spirituality because it has the highest frequency in the visible spectrum.
***What the Violet Flame Does*** The violet flame changes negative energy into positive energy, darkness
into light, "fate" into opportunity. The flame also erases bad karma of our mistakes. The violet flame is able to transmute
or mitigate our negative karma before it comes back to us. On the physical level, it can help heal our bodies by removing
the karma that makes us vulnerable to illness and disease. But the real cause of disease is often rooted in our mental, emotional
and spiritual states. Research has shown that negative energy can affect our health and the violet flame can transmute that
negative thought pattern into a positive thought pattern. The scars of old hurts and painful memories may be healed and dissolved
when the healing balm of the violet flame is applied.
***How the Violet Flame Works*** It works by changing
virations. Vibration can be understood to be the speed at which electrons orbit around the nucleus of an atom. The Violet
Flame works by changing vibrations on this level. The empty space between the nucleus and the electrons is where negative
energy can become stuck. When the atoms in our bodies or our auras become clogged with this negativity, the electrons move
slower and slower...we have a lower vibration and are less spiritual. The Violet Flame transmutes this negative energy by
turning it into light which causes us to become less dense and much lighter and able to vibrate to a higher energy pattern
which releases more spiritual energy into our bodies. The Violet Flame is a tool of self-transformation. It has the unique
ability to transform fear into courage, anxiety into peace and hatred into love. It re-establishes harmony and equilibrium,
propelling us into a more spiritual state of being.
***How to Use the Violet Flame*** This is a powerful
ray, and if our bodies are not used to vibrating at a higher state, I would suggest starting out slowly and building the exercises
to bring the Violet Flame into our being. I would start with five minutes a day and then you can increase the exercises and
decrees to 15 miutes a day to reach the optimum vibrational level. Once you do this enough, you can just think yoursef to
a higher vibration and you are there which is essential to telepathically communicate with our guides and angels.
The Violet Flame is practical and easy to use. Find a place where you won't be disturbed. Sit comfortably in a straight
chair with your spine and head erect, legs and arms uncrossed and feet flat on the floor. Rest your hands on your upper legs
with palms facing upward.
The Violet Flame is invoked through "decreeing"--a unique fom of spoken prayer
utilizing visualization and meditation.
One of the simplest decrees to the Violet Flame is:
"I AM a being of violet fire! I AM the purity God desires!"
Take a few, slow deep breaths and center
in your heart. Start out slowly, giving the decree with love, devotion and feeling. Repeat the decree three or nine times
to begin with. (You can gradually increase this to 36, 72 or even 144 repetitions...repeating the decree strengthens its power
and draws down more light).
Once you are familiar with the decree, you can close your eyes while giving
it and concentrate on visualizing the violet flame. See yourself before a large bonfire (about 9 ft. high by 6 ft. wide).
Color it violet in your imagination. See the flames pulsating and undulatng in endless shades of violet with gradations of
purple and pink. Then see yourself stepping into the flame, so the violet flame is where you physically are. See your body
as transparent, with the flames curling up from beneath your feet, passing through and around your body, up over your head.
Feel the flame energize your body from your Crown Chakra to your Root Chakra and the chakras in your back. Feel the flame
burn out old hurts and all negativity from your body. Watch the negativity which will be gray in color turn into a beautiful
shade of amethyst and swirl around you and up over you becoming one with the Violet Flame. Now visualize yourself stepping
back into your physical body and slowly bring yourself back to where you are sitting. Feel the newfound energy and the lightness
of your body. End the exercise by saying "In the name of God within me, I ask this violet flame be multiplied and used to
assist all souls on this planet who are in need. I thank you and accept this Violet Flame as part of my being for now and
everymore. I thank you and accept it done according to the will of God".
Even a few minutes of this exercise
each day will produce results, but persistence is the key to get rid of age old habits you want to change. If you want the
violet flame to help you, you have to work with it.

Flame:
I AM the violet flame, in action in me now
I AM the violet flame, to light alone I bow
I AM the violet flame, in mighty cosmic power
I AM the violet flame, the light of God Shining every hour
I AM the violet flame, blazing like a sun
I AM God's sacred power, freeing every one
There are many other decrees that can be used once the Violet Flame has been offered to you such as healing the earth,
etc. Also you can invoke the Violet Spiral, but my fingers are sore from typing so much, and I am sure your eyes are tired
from reading so much...so we will wait for a while for the other decrees.
